*Return and Refund Processing:*
1. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund in the form of online store credit will be processed.

Currently, we are not able to offer exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process as above.
*FREIGHT DAMAGE*
If a product is received in a damaged condition, unpacking should cease, and the customer should request immediate inspection from the carrier responsible for delivery. It is important to retain all packaging until inspection is complete. A copy of the carrier’s written damage report is to be forwarded to alrayanservices.
